$8.99
Employee orientation is an essential aspect of training, where a new recruit is introduced to his/her new working environment, coworkers, and the policies and procedures, rules, and regulations of the organization (Bennett, 2001). This orientation process helps new employees become familiar with the job, task, and other aspects of the working environment, which enhances their performance on the job.
